Creative, actionable solutions tailored to how your teams actually work.

I am Céline, a DEI-focused sociologist researching and dismantling structural inequalities within organizations. My strength lies in combining academic knowledge (sociology and communication) with years of experience in project and production management across creative, social and commercial sectors. This allows me to connect with and operate across all organizational layers. What I offer:

Insight: I uncover the stories and structures at play within organizations and teams.
Alignment:
I know how to communicate these themes clearly and make them resonate at every level of the company.
Execution:
My work goes beyond strategic advice; I focus on what it takes to drive lasting change on the ground.

How I work

Understand first, advise second. Every project begins with observation and understanding, supported by sociological analysis. I uncover how an organization truly operates: mapping formal and informal power dynamics, and bridging the gap between stated policy and lived experience.

Evidence over assumptions. While diversity and inclusion can often spark subjective opinions, I ground my approach in empirical research. From national inclusion benchmarks to internal workforce metrics, I offer clear, objective insights about what is working, what isn't, and what the data reveals.

Direct communication, zero finger-pointing. Resistance to change is natural; it is often a signal that deeper conversation is needed. I validate every perspective to find common ground and build genuine alignment across teams.

Why this work

The workplace is a primary proving ground for realized equality. Who gets promoted, whose voice is heard, and who feels safe to bring their full self to work is shaped every day through countless micro-decisions. I help organizations make those choices with intention.
